WEDDINGS

One in-person consultation meeting
Unlimited access via phone and email one month before wedding day.
Vendor verification and confirmation
One Coordinator on site – approx. 8 hours day of event with full day coordination and management for wedding ceremony and reception.
Use of wedding day emergency kit
Manage the timing of the event with wedding party, family members and vendors.
Detailed Wedding Day timeline
Distribute flowers to wedding party and family
Final inspection on setup, seating placement/count, table/escort cards, décor etc. (as per instructions and session discussions)
Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements as needed
Attend to guests needing special assistance
Coordinate with musicians on ceremony song selections
Cue ceremony
Review reception activities and timing with band or MC/DJ and photographers/videographers.
Coordinate reception activities – grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting toasts, etc.
Distribute final payments and or gratuities to vendors (paid by clients)
Coordinate transport of gifts and personal items into designated location
Manage clean-up

On the Day Wedding Day Coordination Package, plus:

Three two hour in-person consultation meetings to assist with:
- Design concept that sets the tone for the planning process
- Ceremony & reception planning
- Budget and cost analysis – help establish priorities
- Timeline help
- Assist and with Selecting service providers with recommendations.
Detailed schedule for rehearsal, ceremony, reception including vendor and wedding party timelines.
Assist with Vendor management (deposits, payments and due dates, etc.)
Review proposals and contracts
Assist client with tracking vendor expenses
Contact vendors the week of the wedding to confirm final details
Relay final head count to appropriate parties
Rehearsal:
- Organize wedding party for line-up and placement
- Final walk through at reception and ceremony sites.
Wedding Day:
- Full day wedding coordination: overall management of wedding ceremony and reception for up to 12 hours on wedding day.

Partial Wedding Service Event Package, plus:

Two or more Wedding Coordinators at your event
Budget development, cost analysis, prioritizing and management.
Unlimited in-person meetings, email and text support
- Preferences, priorities, personality, taste, style and theme for your event from start to finish.
- Ceremony & Reception planning.
Vendor research and curation including obtaining quotes
Vendor negotiations and recommendations based on client’s needs.
Relay final head count to appropriate parties
Track vendor deposits and payments assisting client with tracking vendor expenses.
Ceremony rehearsal coordination with etiquette recommendations.
Assistance with planning rehearsal and dinner
Detailed schedule for rehearsal, ceremony and reception including vendor and wedding party timetables.
Assist with reception seating and design
Assistance with selection of wedding attire and accessories
Assistance with selection of wedding party gifts
